We are a team of bartenders and hospitality professionals from different training and professional backgrounds both in Italy and abroad. With experience in some of the world’s top 50 bars, hotels and restaurants, we have learnt that there is no one way of doing things. The ability to adapt, evolve and improve is at the core of our philosophy.
